User Agreement (Terms of Use)

1. General
This User Agreement governs the relationship between the Administration of the AnyTanks website and the User. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
2. Definitions
Transaction — the transfer of access to a game account between Users, carried out using the functionality of the Site.
User balance — an internal account on the Site used to pay for transactions and services within the platform. Withdrawal of funds is not provided unless expressly stated otherwise in the interface.
3. Status of the Administration
The Site is an information and technical platform. The Administration is not a seller of accounts and bears no responsibility for their origin, content, or functionality after the completion of a transaction between the Seller-User and the Buyer-User.
The Seller guarantees the lawful origin of the account and is liable to rightsholders and third parties for any claims related to the violation of rights to the account or its use prior to the transfer.
The Buyer assumes the risk of subsequent access restrictions or blocking of the account related to the rightsholder's policy, their own in-game activity, or the game's security systems after the completion of the transaction, except for violations arising through the fault of the Seller during the warranty period.
4. Registration
Upon registration, the User provides a valid email address. The User confirms that they have reached the age of 16. All actions performed using the account credentials are deemed to have been performed by the User themselves.
5. Warranties and Refunds
The Administration provides a guarantee of successful access to the purchased account within 24 hours from the moment the data is transferred. If any problems are discovered within the warranty period, the User must contact support: https://t.me/anytanks_support. After the warranty period expires, the Administration's responsibility ceases, unless otherwise established additionally.
The warranty does not apply to accounts in the "Password change" category.
The Administration has no technical means to determine who changed the data — the User, the Seller, or third parties.
If the password is changed, the warranty is deemed void, and claims regarding such accounts are not considered.
Abuse of warranty procedures
Reports of an account malfunction submitted before the actual transfer of data or before the first login attempt are not considered.
If attempts to abuse the warranty are detected (false complaints, distortion of evidence, an attempt to obtain a refund without grounds), the Administration has the right to:- refuse to satisfy the claim;
- block the User's account;
- cancel the transaction without a refund.
6. Payment Procedure
The balance is topped up through the payment services available on the Site. The Administration does not store the details of payment instruments and is not responsible for the operation of payment systems. Withdrawal of funds from the balance is not provided.
7. Prohibited Actions
It is prohibited to post offers that infringe the rights of third parties; to use the platform for fraud; or to disrupt the operation of the Site. In the event of a violation, the Administration has the right to restrict the User's access to the Site and delete the information they have posted.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials of the Site are protected by copyright. The Site is not affiliated with game developers and does not assert the origin of the content posted by Users.
9. Limitation of Liability
The maximum liability of the Administration is limited to the amount of payment received from the User for the relevant transaction. The Administration is not liable for indirect damages.
10. Changes to the Agreement
The Administration has the right to make changes. The new version takes effect after publication.
11. Additional Provisions on Liability
The AnyTanks.com website, including the Administration, acts as an information intermediary within the meaning of Art. 1253.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and provides users with access to digital goods (accounts) posted on the platform.
The Administration is not the rightsholder of the accounts and bears no responsibility for their origin, the legality of their use, or possible actions by the game rightsholders.
The User accepts that access to an account may be restricted or terminated by the rightsholder for reasons beyond the Administration's control. In such cases, the Administration bears no responsibility and no refund is made, unless expressly provided otherwise by this Agreement.
The Administration has the right to suspend access if violations of this Agreement or suspicious activity are detected.
