Public Offer (Agreement)

1. Subject

This offer contains the Administration's proposal to provide Users with the technical means to carry out transactions for the transfer of access to game accounts. The Administration is not a party to such transactions and does not sell accounts on its own behalf.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

The Offer is deemed accepted by the User upon registration or actual use of the Site's services.
The User confirms that they have reached the age of 16 and have the legal capacity necessary to enter into a transaction to the extent provided for by this Offer.

3. Terms of Transactions

All transactions are made between Users. The Administration may act as an agent for transferring payments only in cases expressly provided for by the Site's interface or by separate agreements.

4. Warranties

The Administration guarantees the correct transfer of the data for access to the account within 24 hours from the moment of purchase, provided that the User follows the first-login instructions.

After the specified period, access to the account, its preservation, and possible restrictions imposed by the game rightsholders or third parties are beyond the Administration's control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

The Administration is not obligated to ensure the longevity of the account's operation, since its further functionality depends on the actions and rules of the game rightsholders, as well as on the User themselves.

The warranty does not apply to accounts in the "Password change" category.
The Administration has no technical means to determine who changed the data — the User, the Seller, or third parties.
If the password is changed, the warranty is deemed void, and claims regarding such accounts are not considered.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the payment services available on the Site. The Administration does not store the details of payment instruments and is not responsible for the operation of payment systems. Withdrawal of funds is not provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Administration is liable within the limits of the amount received from the User. No other claims are accepted.

7. Automatic Verification and Change of Price

The price of access to an account may change as a result of an automatic verification of the account's characteristics (presence of in-game valuables, level, condition). The final price is displayed immediately before confirming payment for the transaction. Topping up the balance does not reserve a price and does not constitute payment for a specific account.

If the price changes after the balance is topped up, the User has the right either to agree to the new price or to decline the purchase. Upon declining, the funds remain on the User's balance for further use. A refund is possible solely in the cases provided for by this Agreement and in the manner established by the Administration.

8. Governing Law

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this offer. Disputes are subject to consideration in the courts of the Russian Federation at the location of the Administration.

9. Additional Warranties and Risks

The warranty period is 24 hours from the moment the account data is transferred. To submit claims, the User must provide evidence (screenshots, video recordings) confirming the problem at the first login to the account.

Abuse of warranty procedures
Reports of an account malfunction submitted before the actual transfer of data or before the first login attempt are not considered.
If attempts to abuse the warranty are detected (false complaints, distortion of evidence, an attempt to obtain a refund without grounds), the Administration has the right to:

• refuse to satisfy the claim;
• block the User's account;
• cancel the transaction without a refund.

Claims submitted later than 24 hours or without evidence are not considered. The Administration has the right to independently determine the grounds for satisfying a warranty claim.

The User confirms that they understand the risks associated with using accounts, including the possibility of their being blocked at the initiative of the game rightsholders, and accepts these risks.
